Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the LEONIX sales area at shop.leonixofficial.com. The contracting party is LEONIX GLOBAL d.o.o., Kastavska ulica 8A, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.

The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. By completing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the order is expressly confirmed or when the goods are dispatched.

Depending on the checkout configuration, an order may be placed as a guest or through a customer account. Business customers must be assigned to a company account confirmed by LEONIX in order to use B2B-specific prices or terms.

The total price displayed at the time the order is completed is decisive. Shipping costs, taxes and any applicable customs duties are displayed before the order is completed. Available payment methods depend on the country, device, customer account and checkout configuration.

LEONIX delivers to the markets activated in the checkout. Individual countries, regions or addresses may be excluded for legal, security-related or logistical reasons. Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are stated in the shipping information and checkout.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the separate withdrawal policy. Any voluntary return arrangements do not limit statutory rights.

Statutory warranty rights apply. Voluntary guarantees only apply where they are expressly stated for the relevant product.

LEONIX is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence and damage arising from injury to life, body or health. In all other cases, mandatory statutory liability rules apply.

Croatian law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. Consumer complaints may be submitted to contact@leonixofficial.com.
