Shipping Policy

Specific shipping prices, available countries and delivery times are determined by the shipping methods configured in the Shopify checkout.

LEONIX delivers to the markets activated in the checkout. Individual countries, regions or addresses may be excluded for legal, security-related or logistical reasons. The delivery countries available for selection in the checkout are decisive.

The applicable shipping costs are displayed in the checkout before the order is completed and depend on the destination country, parcel size and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the product page or in the checkout. Products may only be ordered where they are shown as available.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are borne by the recipient.

Where supported by the shipping provider, the customer will receive a notification containing shipment tracking information after dispatch.
