Statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement must be sent by email or post to:

The withdrawal statement must be sent before the withdrawal period expires.
LEONIX will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal statement. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided.
The goods must be returned no later than fourteen days after the withdrawal statement is submitted. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. LEONIX does not provide a free return label unless this has been expressly confirmed in an individual case.
The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The right of withdrawal may not apply, in particular, to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, as well as other goods and services excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.
