Return shipment and complaints
The statutory right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights remain fully unaffected. Return or complaint requests may be submitted to contact@leonixofficial.com.
Please provide your order number, the affected item and the reason for the return. You will then receive the necessary return instructions. The customer bears the return shipping costs. LEONIX does not provide a free return label unless this has been expressly confirmed in an individual case.
Please inspect the delivery promptly and contact us in the event of damage, defects or an incorrect delivery. Helpful photographs may speed up the handling of the matter without limiting your statutory rights.
Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method. The applicable statutory deadlines and the withdrawal policy apply.
Where a direct exchange is not operationally available, the original product may be returned and the desired product ordered separately.
